What about International Calling?

International calling is free, assuming that the person you are calling is also connected with MAXline. If the person you are calling is not connected with MAXline, rates are by the minute depending on the country.

What if I'm not content with my service?

Who installs the phones?

MAXline Residential Phone Service don't require any special installment... Just plug and play! Installation can be done by you at home. But if you're not much of a DIYer, our 24/7 U.S.-based support team is beyond qualified to help with the installation process.

How much does installation cost?

Since MAXline does not require an installer or service tech to visit your home, there is just a small programming fee.

Can I use my existing phone and phone number?

You can purchase the phone itself from anywhere. We do have a list of recommended phones based on customer satisfaction and sound quality. You can see that list here. MAXline allows you to keep your existing phone number. We will need you to email or fax us a copy of your last phone bill from current phone company, and what’s called an ‘LMP Form’.

What is MAXline?

Is there a free trial?

Of course, your chosen plan is not set in stone. Your joy and convenience is what we aim for. MAXline users can upgrade or downgrade their chosen plans at any time.

Can I install MAXline myself?

Yes. MAXline Residential Phone Service are Plug and Play and simple to install. You will receive an installation guide to get you started. There are also easy-to-follow instructions on the MAXline resources page.

How do I pick my phone numbers?

Got an existing number? Simply port it over for free. Picking out a new custom phone number is also simple as pie. This is done during the registration process where you will be asked to choose as many numbers as you need. If you have a hard time committing to a number, you can add new ones or remove existing ones at any time.

How do I pay my monthly bill?
